What if you chose to slice her in half when you have to chose between her
or josh?

Could u please do one showing what happens if u choose ash over josh with
the saw and what happens after that? I know nothing different probs happens
but just wanna be sure cos there are no vids up.

I did everything correctly and didnt get the tophy,why?

what happens if you shoot yourself or don’t do anything at all?

What happens if you do nothing?

I did everything but the Ashley Snaps trophy didn’t pop up!

I pulled the gun on Ashely but never got the Ashley snaps trophy

Hey for people whos ashley snaps trophie didnt unlock,the same thing
happend to me as well and how i got it to unlock was after chris died
because of ashley i also either killed or let emily stay and got her
trophy,at the end of the chapter they both unlocked,i hope this helps!!!

have done this twice yet still haven’t gotten the trophy. does anybody know
how to fix this?

There seems to be an issue with this trophy popping for some people. Make
sure you’re playing until the end of the episode. It wont’ pop until after
the basement scene. If I learn more information I’ll post it here.

This trophy definitely glitched. i unlocked it on my 8th play thru. weird.

lives???

If there’s anyone who’s had trouble unlocking the Ashley snaps trophy and
has done everything to unlock it but failed this is what you need to do.
You need to keep Emily alive until you reach the saferoom to which you will
get the choice to shoot Emily. Shoot her and wait until the scene has
ended. I don’t know if you still get the trophy of you choose not to shoot
her but I did this and it unlocked. It took me five times until I tried
this.

If I start from “Last Year” through the episode select will this trophy
work?

thing is you gotta have ashley hate you for this shit to work if not she

This Trophy is a tricky one to unlock due to extra conditions that need to
be met. Here is what needs to be done to get this Trophy.- Chris must
choose to shoot Ashley in Chapter 6- Emely needs to get bitten by the
Wendigo in Chapter 8- Chris must die during the wendigo attack or get
locked out by Ashley in Chapter 8 (if she lets im back in then won’t work)-
Mike needs to shoot Emily- Ashley has to then Confess to Sam that the
Wendigo bite doesn’t do anythingIf all these conditions are met, you wil
unlock this Trophy!

I also had trouble with this.

Shooting Ashley resulting in Chris’ death outside the door of the cabin,
shooting Emily, and mentioning that the bites aren’t infectious worked for
me!

i did everything and i still didnt get that Ashley snap trophy even after
she remembered when i pointed the gun a shot at her. got to the basement
with everyone and still no trophy. feel like i did all that for nothing

I’m missing a lot of stuff man I’m on chapter 10. can I choose chapters
once I finish the game? I don’t want to play through it again no time.

Also, it only works I think if you aim at Ashley first, then she starts
begging. She’s pissed because you didn’t listen to her pleads. If you aim
at yourself first, she asks you to shoot her instead, causing you to end on
good terms.

reminds me of kirby not letting charlie inside in scream 4
funny bc kirby was played by hayden panetierre (sam in until dawn) lol

what happens when the time runs out? also, Ashley is really childish, or
selfish, or something. She’s ALIVE and what would she do in that situation?
Probably shoot Chris because she was screaming and crying.

This trophy is known to be a little buggy. So if the trophy didn’t pop when
you did all of the above, it is best to follow these exact steps starting
from Episode 6:
Choose to shoot Ashley when the saw blades are lowering.
Have Emily survive the wendigo chase by not failing QTE’s and getting her
bitten by the wendigo.
Survive the QTE’s during the trip back as Chris from checking on Josh until
Ashley let’s him die.
Have Mike shoot Emily.
Tell the truth about how the bites are not infectious. Trophy pops soon
after. ;)

Ashley Snaps trophy would not pop played till the end of the episode, any
ideas why?

ashley and save the fake josh?

Have to say I think this is poor writing, Ashley is not the kind of person
who’d let someone be killed in front of her eyes, its especially dumb
considering she wants you to shoot her then kills you for listening to her
haha

she says “you saved me last time pls let be me now..” like pls shoot me ,
and if you do she be mads with ya and not directly kills you

Wait, hold on. I know that if their relationship isn’t strong up to this
point, Ashley asks you NOT to shoot her, but when their relationship IS
strong and she CLEARLY ASKS him to shoot her in order for HER to save HIS
life and he DOES, does she still trap Chris outside to be killed? If she
DOES trap him outside because she ASKED to be killed, almost does gets
killed and gets mad at him for even thinking of shooting her when she
CLEARLY ASKED for it, she’s chosen to get him killed for NO good reason
because SHE was the one who asked for it THERE AND THEN in order for HER to
save HIM. I, for one, felt like it would’ve made sense for Chris to say,
“Are you sure you want me to kill you?”, because that would’ve made it
CLEAR that she WANTED him to do it. Getting him killed him after she
confirmed she wanted her own death to save him also wouldn’t make sense,
which would’ve allowed the programmers to make some sense out of Ashley’s
memory of her requested death if her relationship with Chris was strong up
to that gun scene. Ashley knows that Chris cares deeply for her if their
relationship is strong up to that scene and honestly, I’d be very surprised
if she didn’t know that Chris understood how much she wanted him to live
out of love by asking him to kill HER instead if she cares deeply for
him up to the gun scene. If she does get him killed later when she CLEARLY
ASKED for her own death and almost got it, THAT IS SO HEARTLESS AND
UNREASONABLE because when she ASKED for her death, she knew Chris would
understand why she’d choose to let HIM survive rather than HERSELF: SHE
LOVES HIM (If their relationship is strong up to this point that is,
which WILL MAKE HER ask you to shoot her out of love for him). This only
works if their relationship is strong during this scene and she ASKS you to
shoot her, so DOES she leave Chris to die if he tried to kill her when she
CLEARLY ASKED for it? Because if so, FUCK HER in that version of the story.
Leaving someone to get killed when they nearly killed you ONLY to save
themselves without a care for you it is easily understandable, but getting
them killed when YOU ASKED FOR THEM TO KILL YOU and NEARLY GOT IT when the
person thought you cared about their survival is EXTREMELY HEARTLESS AND
UNREASONABLE. I just hope Ashley isn’t that kind of person, because if she
does kill him over the requested death she received, she CLEARLY FORGOT why
he even considered doing that: She was clearly expressing care for his
survival by asking him to shoot, which probably WOULD make him shoot her
because he knew she cared about him so much (again, if their relationship
is strong during that scene, which DOES make her ask you to shoot), so
yeah. Also, on side note, does Ashley react in any other vein way towards
him later on if Chris chooses to shoot HIMSELF and she tells him NOT to?

All I gotta say….Ashley needs to get her “Head in the game”…Chris died
because of that psycho girl.She probably had a “Headache”…Chris was in
fault too for shooting the blank at ashley.He’s usually so Level
“Headed”…I guess even the smartest of people can “Lose their heads at
times..”

What happens if the timer runs out?

What if you let the option timer run out as the saw blades lower and choose
not to shoot yourself or Ashley? What’s the outcome?

I got the fatal grudge trophy and Ashley let Chris die later but still got
no trophy

Ashley is the worst character in the game. I liked all of them and even
Emily but Ashley is just so unlikable.

Ashley snaps trophy is glitched for me, I’ve done it about 10times today
still hasn’t popped, need this for platinum!! Anyone else having the same
problem?? Please help!!

Um.. she didn’t do any of this stuff when I pointed the gun at her. All she
said was do it chris, let me save you. She kept begging me to kill her even
when the gun was pointed at her. Shot myself though, I wonder how it
would’ve turned out

To help out everyone who is complaining about the trophy glitching, try
doing this AND shooting Emily as Mike. I haven’t read the trophy
description, but it is possible for Ashley to be directly responsible for
up to two deaths in this game: way more than anyone else I believe. So it
only makes sense that the achievement is unlocked for killing both Chris
and Emily for this achievement to count.

You need to let Chris die and make Mike shoot Emily in order to get this
trophy. Wasted fucking hour and a half because of this bullshit video.

But if you point the gun to yourself when it starts and she asks you to
shoot her then you do shoot her, will she still be a bitch and snap?

FUCK I PLAYED FROM CHAPTER 6 – 9 WHEN I NOTICED THIS IS GLITCHED NOW I
GOTTA DO IT AGAIN FUCK THIS SHIT!

I chose to shoot Ashley. She didn’t open the door for Chris. It didn’t give
me the trophy so I played all the way through to the end of the game and it
still didn’t give me the trophy. Has this happened to anybody else?

This trophy is an absolute bitch to get! Although, there are not two but
three trophies tied to it. The first one is Fatal Grudge, the second is
Ashley Snaps and the third is The Exorcism of Emily. The steps to get all
three are simple but very easy to miss.
Step 1: Shoot Ashley at the end of episode 6.
Step 2: You CANNOT skip to episode eight, play all the way through episode
7.
Step 3: In the beginning of episode 8, beat the quick time event with
Emily. If you grabbed the flare earlier DO NOT shoot the Wendigo! If you
don’t shoot the Wendigo, it will bite Emily which needs to happen.
Step 4: Beat the quick time event with Chris when you go to get Josh, get
Chris back the the house where Ashley will refuse to let him in, he dies.
Step 5: Ashley will notice Emily is bitten, they all think she will turn
into a Wendigo, Mike will pick up the revolver and Sam will try to stop
him. When you get the prompt, shoot Emily. This will get you the Exorcism
of Emily trophy. To be continued…

Ashley snaps trophy won’t pop up for me. I need this to get platinum. Ugh

SO APPARENTLY THIS IS WHAT U GOTTA DO:
1. Choose to shoot Ashley as Chris.(you should get the fatal grudge trophy
immediately)
2. Make sure Emily gets back to the lodge after being bit by the weindigo
after her encounter with the flamethrower dude.
3. Ashley locks Chris out of the cabin and let’s Chris die.
4. As Mike, you need to shoot Emily in the basement in fear she might be
infected.
5. As Ashley, reveal to Sam that the bite doesn’t do anything after reading
the flamethrower dudes journal.wait for chapter to end and this should
trigger Ashley Snaps trophy.
I had Emily killed on her way back to the lodge, her eyes were gouged out
and found this was the reason I didn’t get “Ashley snaps”. Mike needed to
shoot her.

does she open the door even when you point at ashley? (not shoot her, just
point at her and dont shoot anyone)?

Will she leave Chris to die if you point at her first but don’t shoot?

I don’t know I think Emily’s acting was kinda bad.

I enjoyed this game but I sure wish we could have been playing P.T.
