To get the tomato in the taco shell, you will want to have a leveled up Smoove Move. At minimum, you want all level 2 upgrades, but level 3 will make it a bit easier. Start by making your way to the half pipe just prior to where the tomato is perched up top. Not the halfpipe right next to it, but the one right before it slightly elevated.
Now start building up some height in the halfpipe. You will need to hold the jump button and release it while climbing up each side. This will build up height needed. Once you have built up the height you will need to use Smoove Move’s ground special which makes you jump higher. So when you are coming down the wall and are about to make the jump to the tomato, as soon as you land press and hold the special button (L1) and angle yourself to the corner so that you have the best angle at the tomato. Just as you reach the corner of the halfpipe, release the special button and you should have enough to reach the tomato.
