This was a darling trailer, 10/10, but ive never liked the classic sonic gameplay.

€20 for a fantastic game, I think for €30 or €40 I Had stil bought it.

We want a series with this animation, is well made and its beautiful. It brings me nostalgia from back in the day. Who remembers the Sonic game with cutsences that have the same animation

I would like more one Sonic with cartoon clean graphics, but this are amazing, the 3d it’s mad for Sonic, it’s more beatiful the 2d style

All they ever needed was Sonic, Tails and Knuckles.. then they brought all those useless and forgettable characters.. the cat, the bat, shadow…and I forget the rest

Just downloaded this and its an amazing love letter to any 90s kid growing up with a genesis. I cant believe after 26 years i still get scared shitless falling in deep water in a sonic game and don’t even get me started on that drowning music either.

So it’s digital only? That’s dissapointing.

I love Sonic… but the games… not really. The only good Sonic Game is sonic Heros…. The old Games was a huge success because back in the time it was something new, but now its just annoying getting stopped every 3 second. Remastering the old games is not a good idea. Its still the annoying 2D Platform where u get stopped bcuz of an enemy, spikes or a regular Wall. I miss… no miss is the wrong word… i wish they would bring a sonic Game without story and only Gameplay with lvl or a custom creatible lvls like Mario Maker or something. I just wanna Run fast and break the high score my brother did like in Sonic Heros, where is used to play Sonic. Its jut sad now…

Gettin’ this for Switch, would be better for portable and TV uses.

I purchased the Sonic Mania Collector’s Edition for PS4 from my local EbGames and I’ve tried my digital download code 4 times now and ever single time I keep getting this stupid error: WC-40371-5

Has anyone else had this problem at all? This is exactly why I wanted Sega to have a physical release for this game because digital codes are so bloody unreliable.

Sony please hurry up and activate Sonic Mania digital download codes already because I still can’t get mine to work.
