I just had a major thought in my head, where this game felt almost exactly
like Zone of the Enders with the Action sequences and Music…

nier 2 is looking smooth like a baby’s bum yet scalebound is clunky and has
super poor framerate, and its the same dev and i think they are both using
unreal engine 4. i am confused :/

You can see the touch of platinuium game in the Battle System. I really
hope the music, the feeling, The atmospehre and the story will be in the
same level as the previuos title

*sigh* Time to get a PS4. Never played the other games in the series
because the gameplay didn’t look appealing, but now I must because
Platinum. Also, didn’t want to get Nier 1 because the English version was
only Gestalt. I wanted to play Replicant as the brother and it was
mentioned by the devs that was supposed to be the original version. I
missed out because of that.

Very excited for this, I’m hoping there is some way to play as Nier, I
liked him alot. Maybe he could be unlockable or have a side story with this
new fighting system.

trailer does not disappoint.

I’m happy that the Drakenguard/Nier Universe is getting more attention.
they have great lore a long and pretty well thought out story behind it.
and these stories keep branching off into alternate universe stories. we
could very well end up with a new game after this one based off of one of
those alternate branch endings.
