video was mission 22 it was like a tutorial for fob and that’s when u
unlock fob
its disgusting that you can get s ranks so easily

When you arrive at the point where he climbs the fence, you can also
navigate 1 or 2 blast arms into the building to take him out. That way, you
never need to enter the parameter at all.
