can anyone who understands the MGS story well explain to me this: why does
Ocelot betray Big Boss and aid Liquid later in the future (MGS1). I
understand Kaz aiding Solid as Big Boss turned his back on him. But what’s
Ocelot’s motive? As far as I know Liquid was trying to kill Big Boss as
well. It’s been a while since I’ve played the other Metal Gears so sorry
haha

Not the real ending, this was supposed to be at the start but after the fan
uproar about an mgs2 tanker repeat someone ..cough, kojima, cough…changed
it. Also there is an ending but it’s not included in the game. The basterds
took it out and stick it on the collectors dvd along with a space for a
boss fight. I’m so effing pissed of with this and the mission repeats.

really cant play with quiet as a bddy no more after mission 45? and what
about secret scene with paz how is that unlocked cause im finished with all

I got mad chills when he punched the shit out of the mirror with that
music, that shit was tense. Plus, I feel bad for that medic, Big Boss
basically changed his whole life, and made him believe this false past that
actually belonged to another man. No wonder he goes crazy. (Hence us
killing him in MG)

mgs 4 had both big bosses in it the phantom and the real one. I hope they
continues the series with remakes of the original metal gear.

This has to be the most pointless MGS game I have ever played. The story
practically shit all over the lore of the franchise. The whole point of the
Les Enfants Terribles project was to clone the perfect solder which is
regarded as Big Boss. If they can simply make some random fultoned medic
from Peace Walker take his role, then essentially EVERYONE has the
potential of becoming Big Boss. So many opportunities wasted with Skull
Face as well, and hes killed off by Huey of all people. No one cares about
Vocal Cord Parasites either. This is practically a gigantic retcon turd
that was painted gold, and it’s placed right smack dab in the middle of the
timeline. What a horrible way to end the series, missing link my ass.

Since this is the final MGS game I’m gonna finish TPP and then play all of
the games again so I’m not mind fucked

I completed the story line and quiet ending in side mission but I can not
use her again! Is there any chance to use her again as my buddy?

Ocelot’s name seems awfully absent from the timeline shown throughout this
video. Why is such a crucial character rarely mentioned there?? Like… I’m
to believe that in ONLY ONE of the MGS games, which might well be the last,
the guy who was such a crucial enemy/archenemy is suddenly a “total chum”
and pal of Big Boss, and that’s that?? Guess I’ll have to read the MGS
Wikia a bit more or something to get the full details.
