Are MediEvil games linear? I watched my brother play them as a kid but I wasn’t into them (or that’s what I thought). I don’t like open world/sandbox platformers like Mario Odyssey & Ratchet and Clank, I prefer linear platform games like Mario 3d World. This looks pretty linear, I like what I see.

For some reason I feel like this redesign of the possessed villagers is a lot more tame than the old version. What I mean by that is the old version when I was a kid used to disturbed me. I used to have nightmares of that possessed family breaking into my house and killing me in my sleep. I remember walking out of the room waiting until the cutscene ended just to go back and play the game. But now looking at this redesign of them I kind of feel like the fear I had for them is now taken away now. Not that I’m complaining about the redesign I can’t wait to play this game.
