Fallout 4 Unlimited XP Fast (20,000 XP/Hour) Brotherhood Radiant Side Quest Exploit

There is a repeatable radiant quest in the Brotherhood Prydwen airship in Fallout 4 that you can get from Proctor Quinlan called Learning Curve. You are suppose to speak to a scribe in the airport but you can just kill him from the Prydwen to end the quest early. Equip Intelligence enchanced clothing to maximize your XP gain.
