Hank can shoot and kill Connor in the Bridge Chapter. You must have a hostile relationship with Hank and select the right dialogue options on the bridge. Hank will not kill Connor if you are friends. Become hostile with Hank by selecting agressive and cold responses. Spill the drink on Hank in the Tavern. Shoot the Traci’s in the Eden Club. Those are the fastest ways to become Hostile.
