Yea this is totally a DLC, just your home for the last three years getting destroyed instantly with 4 new worlds, 3 new subclasses, and much more if you would actually look into the game.

I know everybody has already said this but without the video saying “this is destiny 2” I would have thought it was dlc. I mean it looks more vibrant and interesting than destiny but just like destiny I feel like some of the content shown here is gonna be cut out of the final game. Also most of the gameplay shown off was in a debug mode showing the camera in a different perspective so I don’t know if it’s real gameplay or not. I might pick this up considering me and my brother like to make fun of the original destiny for its shortcomings but I really hope I can be pleasantly surprised by this…

if this game isn’t open world there’s no way I’m buying lol. destiny 1 had these amazing vistas and backdrops but you couldn’t explore any of it. it was misleading. (also the deadpool knockoff is killing me)

I was expecting some actual gameplay. Can’t even ger hyped over this. Just looks like Destiny with a new coat of paint. I see they finally decided to add the important characters to the story.

A lot of people complaining about it but destiny has a huge fan Base still an people will buy it even if you disagree with what it looks like, they play for fun with friends an the challenges, the fire teams etc, it’s a good game, although it can be a grind. Now on a newer engine they can now add huge levels an more content, which is what they wanted, they didn’t need to change the gameplay aspects to much

I don’t get it… it doesn’t look like a new game at all.

can we fly ships, do we actually get less planets this time since theyr only showing 3 new ones and earth. but no mars, moon, venus, dreadnaught, the galaxy map looks identical, still have to go orbit, still fly ships in orbit the same way, super abilities are basically the same with minor changes, still have the exact same grenades, still have to equip only 1 exotic weapon or armour, is this this biggest story for a release game? or is it bigger than destiny + all destiny DLC story as well. so much is the same because they are lazy, new game but same stuff.

show us more of how its changed and new, because it looks the same right now. with less actually.

Did anyone else get bored of Destiny 1 really fast? Destiny 2 will probably have tons of overpriced DLC as well. I’m pretty skeptical. And it’s Activision. Having said that I really want it to be a fun game. How do you guys think it’ll go

Let me see, if you actually played the previous Destiny you will notice the big changes. The only thing you do is criticize with just having seen videos on youtube, at least talk if you saw the full live and you know ALL the new things they will add.
Oh, and about those who say it looks like a “dlc” as it is very similar to the original destiny, I do not expect the truth, it is a sequel, history, characters, gameplay, enemies, BE THE SAME. Did you expect a totally different game? Or a new game? Do not.
Also this is not even the official beta of the game, and in fact it looks better than games already finished on these years. Pls

Can’t wait to spend hours not playing this.
