 Artifact – Tess’ List – After some rest and a cutscene in an apartment, re-enter the main room behind you and it’ll be on an end table.

 Conversation #3 – Right at the beginning of The Outskirts chapter, talk to Tess while she’s standing at a window.

 Artifact – Patrol Routes Map – Shortly after the previous artifact, you’ll start up a generator and take a lift to a lower level. Once down below, look on the floor to the right of this area.

 Artifact – Evacuation Leaflet – You will encounter an outside area in the rain with a large number of patrols. You will eventually go underground and through some tunnels. Once you make it back out you will climb back up onto a highway and this leaflet will be at the base of a traffic light.

 Firefly Pendant – Joseph Lenz – After reaching the point where see the capital building, you’ll need to make your way around through another building. Instead of entering this building, keep straight and head to the back. Up in a tree at the end will be a Pendant you will need to either shoot, or knock down with a brick.

 Conversation #4 – When you enter Downtown in The Outskirts you will enter a building. You will run into a deceased soldier with an optional conversation trigger.

 Artifact – Field Ops Log – After the optional conversation, you will enter a building. Halfway up the first set of stairs there will be a soldier lying on the gound holding this artifact.

 Shiv Door #1 – After getting ambushed by your first clicker, there is a shiv door on this floor

 Artifact – Firefly Map – After making your way to the bottom of the building , you will find a deceased person with a Molatav. In this same area lying next to another body at the top of a small set of stairs, will be this map.

 Artifact – Note to Derek – After the previous artifact, you will encounter some more clickers. In a side room to the left in a desk drawer will be this note.

 Artifact – Medical Pamphlet – After finally leaving the building, you’ll need to climb over a truck using another object. Once you climb over, turn around and you can enter the trailer of the truck and find this artifact.

 Firefly Pendant – Michael Kiper – After coming upon your first workbench, continue until you walk up some fallen flooring that leads to the next floor. Once you reach the top, instead of continuing to the right, climb the small ledge to the left and follow it back to a display case that has the pendant.

 Shiv Door #2 – Second area of the museum, after getting split up from the others. This will be in the café

 Conversation #5 – In the Museum’s top floor, you will have to deal with a bunch of runners. After this encounter talk to Tess near the window. This is right before you exit the Museum through that window. It may take a moment for Tess and Ellie to get to the window. While in this location, see the next conversation below

 Conversation #6 – In the same location, talk to Ellie.

 Artifact – Firefly Orders – This will be after you exit the museum and cross over a plank to another building. After a cut scene, you’ll make your way down and the at bottom of some stairs, swing around back to the right and you’ll find this next to another body.

 Firefly Pendant – Melinda Davidson – You’ll make you way through some green water that leads to the Capital. In the water, opposite of the front steps of the Capital in a round pillar structure will be a well hidden pendant.

 Artifact – Smuggler Note – In the subway section after you dive and swim to the other side. When you emerge, head towards the walkway the Ellie is on and nearby will be the note. This is opposite of where the ladder is that you must pull down.

 Firefly Pendant – Shiyao Jiang – At the smuggler’s note, dive down the opposite side from the main subway section down a hallway and inside an office and underwater, will be this pendant
