Everyone is confusing “dated graphics” versus “dated character stylization” The graphics aren’t “dated.” If you look at the polygon count of the characters they are modern but the stylization of the characters might feel dated. I think this was done to fit in with the previous two games in the series. Otherwise the environments look very well done with shadows, textures, and water effects. Part of me wanted to see an upgrade in character styles to look more like Yakuza but at the same time nostalgia wins me over every time.
Ok. I’ll plug my Dreamcast back into my lone AV outlet.

I’m not a pc gamer so excuse my ignorance. Could someone please explain to me the epic store problem? My uneducated understanding is that you just download the epic store app for free then pay through that app to download shenmue 3. I don’t see what the big deal is. If i found out i couldn’t download shenmue 3 via the ps store and had to go to epic games website on the ps4 browser instead…ummmmm ok. That’s fine. I just don’t understand

I said it once and I’ll say it again, the graphics have come a long way, but the art style is far from what Shenmue 1 and 2 was, it doesn’t look like a proper Shenmue to me.
