The paint mechanics remind me very much of Epic Mickey. The art direction is general is really nice, dark yet cartoon-ish in a mature way. I’m looking forward to seeing more.

What a bunch of garbage, what a waste of time…

What if… This was all a plot devised by those um imaginary friends? to have this poor, naive and shunned boy to help rebuild their world that was destroyed by the “darkness” but in actuality they were the evil the darkness was trying to keep from spreading. So in trying to help these things that look harmless, the boy is really unleashing evil onto the world and the darkness is back once again to stop them but you (the boy) stops the darkness instead and finds out too late what you’ve done but the “bright ones” have already won.
Or maybe the plot really is what we see in this trailer. Who cares, looks fun!
