The Wanzer feel weightless and there is no arc in the mech movement/Animation. If you played any of the Front Mission games you will know what I mean.

Front Missions needs to return to its roots, make a freaking Tactical RPG like Front Mission 4 or 5.
Still looks like fun. It definitely seems outdated, and brings me back to early PS3 days. I’ll pick it up. It’s probably better to pick up on sale, but eh. Whatever. I’ve been wanting an MGS-esque game for a while now.
That being said, seems like the PC version is unoptimized, according to steam reviews. Yikes.

It is a pity that the leadership of SE scored a bolt on the fans desires of the classic turn-based Front Mission and released “this”. Take the example of Capcom, their RE 2 remake, do the same with FM 3 and success is guaranteed.

Its just too bad there have been so many superior games coming out lately! Im definitely skipping this game to get other games and gunpla but if it had come out a few months earlier or later I wouldve given it a try at full price. Guess im waiting for a sale now :p
The game has had a rough launch in Japan and you should be aware that it’s not landed well when considering Left Alive. However I’ve been playing and enjoying myself so far. It definitely feels a little off at times, but I also get the impression that its issues mostly stem from it being incredibly ambitious. There’s a lot of love in this game, from its many mechanics (within five minutes I had four different types of healing items, each doing something different) to the level of detail in its database. Even a random metal pipe got a database entry lol
Also it’s kind of brutal. The enemy AI is not particularly clever, but it is tough and way more mobile than you, and will pretty swiftly kill you if you don’t plan what you’re doing and conserve your resources. It’s pretty unforgiving.
Anyway, it’s a bit jank but it’s still a really interesting take on the stealth game genre.
Its total garbage guys! Don’t buy it, total waste of money.
