For the un-informed, this was a level in the original Crash that was removed because it was too hard however it still remained in the code, allowing people to hack the game and play it, it’s kinda cool to see that it’s officially implemented in the Remakes

I thought it will be released as DLC with some other unfinished, unreleased and test maps, not as only one map, but well…

Good, now do the other cut content levels.

This is a level that was taken out of the original game that was deemed to hard for players. I absolutely admire that they added it to the remaster. I hope they finish the other levels that were cut from the game and release them.

I just got done beating this level, I had 67 lives when started the level, now I have 21 lives & that’s not including the “Bonus Stage”, that Bonus Stage is a mind F***, so yeah the level is hard, & what sucks even more one of the trophies is to beat the level with a platinum relic, the level wasn’t hard as it is…………..

I hope they only fixed bugs related to this level and not the actual design (it was accessable through gameshark but you’d have to reboot and reenter the code every time you ran out of lives), since it’s reason for removal and eventually being replaced was the insane difficulty of the stage.

Funny thing is, if I remember correctly, though it is very hard (very), by the end it might almost feel like it was just slightly easier than some of the levels that actually did make it into the game (of which you might be able to guess). As for this interpretation, I wouldn’t know yet.

Completed it and with the gem! Was super hard though but that’s what i like haha

Please make a Crash Bandicoot 4 set on the Wumpa Islands and following the same spirit as the N Sane Trilogy.

Have fun playing that with capsule collision 😀
