My only thing is the gameplay. Really hope the whole game isn’t like this,
maybe 20% for cinematic and 80% normal gameplay for a hack and slash. Would
really like to no the story.

God of War is not the same without Olympus and set for revenge. Just
because it’s a good technique, don’t turn every game into a Naughty Dog
type of story telling one Sony please? Where are my blades of chaos, huh?

I had the same feeling! Like WTF? Even the part with chapters are the
same…KRATOS – JOEL – SON – ELLIE…This is what happens when naughty dog
is raising a bar! All games starting to copy paste an approach. I have a
mixed impression. I am a God of War fan. Playstation and PSP games. For the
past 10 minutes I was asking myself…WTF did I just watch? A reboot no
reboot? An axe…Valhalla Tree and…I don’t know…Skyrim Dragon.

P.S What is this type of mythology? Nordic? After a core game mechanics I
just can’t get used to this view from the back and no combo during
attacks…

Don’t get me wrong…I am not complaining…Just expressing my concerns for
a new spin of this FRANCHISE.

I see some complaining about the changes made. This is honestly the next
step in the GOW series. This is Kratos, just much older. He’s lived his
life, he’s seen things, and this is a different world he’s in now. He seems
calm now, but I’m sure there will be a time in the game where we’ll play
like a wild Kratos, as he was back in the games prior. And this was just a
gameplay trailer. We don’t know much on the story yet, so be patient. I’m
sure Santa Monica Studios knows where to take their beloved character.
