The No Place Like Home trophy is glitched (find and use all secret entrances to RuptureFarms). It should pop after you use the two secret entrances to RuptureFarms in Scrabanian Temple. If it didn’t pop for you, until they patch it, you can earn it if you start a new game (preferably on a new save if possible) and play the game and use all the secret entrances without going to the main menu or restarting chapter. Quick saving and loading is ok. This must be done in a single sitting. No guarantees that’ll work, but it did for me and several others
